1. Acceptance of Academy Terms
By registering for free trials, enrolling in study courses, or contacting our coordinators, you agree to comply with the terms, classroom rules, and academic schedules outlined on this platform.
2. Classroom Conduct and Safety
Our interactive classrooms are private, one-on-one sessions hosted over Zoom or Google Meet. We maintain a strict code of mutual respect, safety, and academic integrity. Students are required to join sessions on time. Tutors are certified scholars, and we provide male and female tutors to accommodate student preferences.
3. Timetables & Rescheduling Policy
We operate 24/7 globally to accommodate different time zones. If you need to reschedule or miss a class, you must notify your assigned tutor or coordinator at least **12 hours in advance** to receive a makeup session credit. Failure to notify within this window will result in the loss of that class credit.
4. Billing and Cancellations
Class fees are billed in monthly subscription cycles based on your weekly hourly commitments. You can cancel your monthly enrollment or place your courses on hold at any time by contacting our coordinators. No refunds are issued for partially attended months.
5. Modifications to Service
Al Safa Quran Academy reserves the right to adjust study structures, curriculum plans, or billing models. We will communicate any updates directly via WhatsApp or Email coordinates beforehand.
